Getting Started

Whether you're a space owner or a food vendor, these guides will help you set up and start using BiteSpaces.

For Space Owners

  1. Create your organisation account
  2. List your first space with photos, pricing, and availability
  3. Receive and manage booking requests from vendors
  4. Track revenue and manage your spaces from your dashboard

Listing your space is 100% free. You set your own rates and keep all rental fees.

For Food Vendors

  1. Create your vendor account
  2. Browse available spaces by location, date, and event type
  3. Submit booking requests and communicate with space owners
  4. Manage bookings and track performance from your dashboard

Signing up is free. You only pay a small booking fee when you successfully book a space.

How to List a Space

Add your space details including photos, pricing, amenities, and availability. Set your own rates based on location, foot traffic, and event size. Most spaces charge between $50-200 per day.

How to Find & Book a Space

Search by location, date, event type, or expected crowd size. View space profiles, check availability on the calendar, and submit a booking request. Some bookings may require space owner approval.

Browse spaces

Payments & Fees

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Space owners receive funds within 2-3 business days. Vendors pay a booking fee of $5.90 or 8% (whichever is higher), plus a 2.9% transaction fee.

Data Protection

  • All data encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL (HTTPS)
  • Passwords stored using secure hashing - never in plain text
  • Payment processing via PCI-DSS compliant Stripe

  • Input validation and sanitisation on all user-submitted data
